Dr. Robert Hanopole's previous career in the fast-paced world of Fortune 500 management and marketing consulting coupled with the last 30 years thriving in multiple chiropractic offices and practice building ventures has uniquely positioned him to help you achieve massive "cash based" practice success by becoming a ReliefNow™ Laser Methods Provider. On a mission to assist colleagues attain higher levels of personal fulfillment and success through providing noninvasive alternative solutions to drugs and surgery, he will teach you our "business within a business" Cash Based Laser Therapy Practice System. "Dr. Rob" shows doctors that they don't need to complicate their lives and finances by opening multiple locations because their current location has untapped “acres of diamonds” that can thrive as separate identity profit centers. His favorite philosophy is to, "do all you can with what you have from where you are." When he isn't busy researching the latest laser technology and practice model applications, Dr. Rob spends quality time with his family enjoying an active and healthy lifestyle in South Florida.

Dr. Michael Rubenstein

Dr. Michael Rubenstein has previously held various positions within the sales and marketing sector; much of his background has been in business development, customer relations, and helping companies improve their business models and customer engagement. He is proud of his ability to help businesses thrive; this includes his own busy practice. While on his journey, he knew there had to be an even better way to keep more of his patients from drugs and surgery, avoid tedious insurance claims, and increase “private pay services”. Actively searching for ways to achieve this, he became fascinated with Regenerative Laser Therapy™. As he became more and more acquainted with the high-powered, Class IV laser and watched his own patients achieve amazing results, it was clear this was a secret that he needed to share with more like-minded practitioners. As a Co-founder of The Laser Masters and ReliefNow™ Laser Methods, Dr. Mike will help guide you on how to increase your “private pay” revenue, help more people, and improve the way you currently practice. Dr. Mike shows doctors how to achieve financial freedom-taking the power away from insurance companies and bringing it back into the hands of the doctor, all while helping patients achieve their most optimum health! When he isn’t actively learning about laser technology or ways to improve his business, Dr. Mike enjoys spending time with his family, trying new restaurants and at the beach enjoying the South Florida weather.

Paul Schweet

Executive Director


Schweet hails from Chicago. He specializes in managing and growing nationwide sales organizations. By redefining the sales process and increasing revenue generating capabilities for B2B companies. Schweet is a successful, hands-on entrepreneurial executive with a highly flexible, results-oriented management style. He brings more than 25 years of experience in optimizing and managing sales teams, marketing, and operations for start-up and established pre and post-IPO companies.Having held various executive management positions, from Board of Directors, Executive Vice President, and Senior Vice President. He is the founder of “Managing the Sales Process” a fractional business consulting company helping organizations improve performance, productivity and sales through his unique sales process. He’s a former triathlete and is active in his community by serving as a Commissioner for Citizens with Disabilities and a Board member for Capital Improvements. He is also the author of the book “Happy Ears–The Sales Process Guide for Maximum Performance and Productivity".

Dr. Michael W. Mathesie
Dr. Michael W. Mathesie, DC, DACRB, DABFP has been in active practice in Coral Springs, FL for 33 years. During this time he has attained two board certifications; one from the American Chiropractic Rehabilitation Board (DACRB) and the other from the American Board of Forensic Professionals (DABFP); both are recognized specialty boards of the American Chiropractic Association (ACA). Dr. Mathesie has been awarded the Sports Chiropractor of the Year Award in 2000, the Broward County Chiropractor of the Year in 2008, and the Distinguished Service Award In 2014 by the Department of Health. He has served as an examiner for the Florida Board of Chiropractic Medicine from 1995 to 2008 and presently serves as a National Board Examiner (Part IV) since 2008 and an Ethics and Boundaries Examination Grader. He was approved by the secretary of state as an Ombudsman for the Agency for Healthcare Administration. Two Governors have appointed him to the Florida Board of Athletic Training and the Florida Board of Chiropractic Medicine where he has served as chairman. Dr. Mathesie continues to serve his professional a past House of Delegates Member of the ACA and past president the AA Council on Forensic Sciences. He is a Certified Laser Practitioner (CLP) earned from Texas Chiropractic College. Mike Has been married to his wife for 29 years and they have three children. Dr. Maths Lectures on topics including laser therapy, sports injuries, rehabilitation, functional/physical performance testing, laws and rules, ethics and boundaries, record keeping, documentation, and coding, risk management, and prevention of medical errors, deposition and trial testimony, and the Daubert Standard. He has testified as an expert witness in nearly 25 trials.
Dr. Nelson Marquina
Former director of research in Logan University (Missouri) and former partner in Coopers & Lybrand's Management Consulting Services (New York City). Currently Post-graduate faculty at Logan University and Chief Science Officer of Laser Biotech International. Executive, consultant, and educator with over 27 years of combined management, teaching, and technical experience in statistical analysis, medical device design, an evaluation of healthcare protocols and medical devices. Obtained contracts and grants and managed projects in the areas of medical device design and evaluation, automated military recognition systems, and artificial intelligence systems. Chaired national conferences and technical seminars in laser therapy for dental and medical applications, artificial intelligence, and computer vision. Former member of the editorial board of the Journal of Expert System. Served on the faculties of the University of Houston, University of Rhode Island,and the University of Minnesota electrical and systems engineering. Former Adjunct associate professor of biophysics at Virginia State University and advisory board member of the Penn State Technology Development Center, a Pennsylvania Business incubator. Also held positions with GE, Honeywell and Lockheed Electronics advanced technology, research, development, and management. He is licensed to practice chiropractic medicine and acupuncture in the state of Virginia.
